Ecom Logistics is a logistics company that relies on a platform used by operations, sales, and finance teams to manage shipments, orders, billing, and daily logistics activities.

Although the platform was powerful, it was difficult to use; key tasks required too many steps, which slowed down operations in a fast-paced environment.

The project focused on streamlining workflows, improving visibility, and reducing time on essential tasks, enabling teams to work more efficiently and make fewer errors.

A centralized platform that simplified shipment, order, and billing management, aligning with the needs of both internal and external users while achieving the company’s business objectives.

The platform improvements included simplified navigation and clearer interaction patterns. By mapping real user journeys and validating solutions through interviews and usability testing, the platform became more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly for all teams.

The platform improved operational efficiency, reduced errors, and unlocked major growth through a streamlined, more intuitive user experience.

By streamlining workflows and improving platform usability, I enhanced operational clarity, which led to a 136% increase in adoption, a 40% reduction in task completion time, and a 50% boost in overall visibility

These improvements eliminated a $10K annual third-party cost and enabled the company to achieve ROI in 1.5 years, while annual sales grew from $100K to $1M in the first full year.
